2018
In 2018, Jennifer Halsall and Maike Kumstel were paired in a mentoring program that lacked direction and structure. Frustrated by the experience, they decided to create the program they had been searching for—one with purpose, clarity, and impact.

2019
After 12 months, 50 books, countless podcasts, and many filled journals, they launched the LEAD programme for the Women in Fitness Association. To date, 300 women and counting have completed this impactful programme.
